Take part in one of our many campus tours - a series of open houses and guided tours in select spots on campus!

Get a sneak peek into your favourite spaces on campus and some you haven't seen before.

Saturday - 9 am campus tours

Space limited to 40

The Honey Bee Research Centre tour will emphasize the biology of bees and the positive effect they have on both the natural environment and our well-being. The tour includes an outdoor demonstration of beekeepers working safely with bees and an up-close view of the bees and their honeycomb. Transportation will be provided from Alumni House. Please arrive 15 minutes before your tour time.

Join us for a guided walk among the trees. Tour the Arboretum’s amazing botanical collections and learn about research and conservation activities. Tour meets at Alumni House at 8:45 am. Good walking shoes are recommended.

While McLaughlin Library has changed over the years, it is still one of the busiest buildings on campus. Tour this modern and inviting space, and learn about the resources, tools, support, and services the library provides. Meet at Alumni Lounge on the main floor of McLaughlin Library.

North, South, and East! Get a glimpse into what residences look like today and hear about important changes over the years. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended for this tour.

Saturday - 2:30 pm campus tours

While McLaughlin Library has changed over the years, it is still one of the busiest buildings on campus. Tour this modern and inviting space, and see for yourself the many renovations since 2016, including all-new study carrels, a new Media Studio, new Archival & Special Collections spaces, and much more! Meet at Alumni Lounge on the main floor of McLaughlin Library.

Completed in 2007, the Summerlee Science Complex is a state-of-the-art classroom and research complex. Featuring a large atrium space and tree of life sculpture, this tour will highlight key building features as well as visiting two teaching labs focused on vertebrate and invertebrate animals and two faculty labs, one of which features an interactive current. Meet in the Science Complex main lobby.
